What is a VIN?
A VIN is a Vehicle Identification Number. You can find the VIN of your car in several places. The easiest to find is in the lower corner of the windshield on the driver side. It is also found under the hood on the passenger side along the firewall and in the trunk in the spare tire well.

Through our Service Advisors, just provide them with the car's VIN and they will have it ordered for you. You can find the VIN on the vehicle registration or insurance card, or on the vehicle itself.
When can I collect my new car?
On average 3-5 working days.
What do I check when I take delivery of my car?
First, read the terms of warranty thoroughly. Understand the enormity of the contract you are about to sign. Test-drive the car that you are about to pick up before paying. After it goes for registration, check all spare parts, the working condition of the car, and see if everything promised by the dealer is there. The car should be in immaculate physical condition.
